At Mourning Dove Counseling, we encourage prospective clients to take comfort in the simple procedure we have created.  Each step is meant to provide greater understanding and structure to a situation that may feel unmanageable.  The first step is to click on the link below so that you can download and print copies of our New Patient Forms.  Each individual seeking counseling will need to complete his or her own separate copy.  These forms provide basic information about why you are seeking counseling at this time.
